Objective
Support a demo-critical release by rapidly delivering reusable UI components while avoiding integration bottlenecks and security constraints.
Challenge
One in-house FE engineer, no shared repo access, strict security rules, 13 use cases, and a one-month deadline created delivery and coordination risk.
Solution
Built UI components in Storybook to decouple delivery from integration, scaled FE capacity to four engineers, and aligned reviews via white-labeled collaboration flows.
