Coordinating multiple brands, roles, and data sources across regions while ensuring usability and consistency in one shared app.
Solution
Used React Native to support both iOS and Android, integrated Realm for reliable offline syncing, and developed a shared UI library to ensure consistency across brands.
Results
Gave field teams the ability to access and manage data without needing a constant connection. The app syncs automatically in the background, improving speed and reducing manual work in the field.
