Salesforce-Native Application Modernizes Visual Relationship Mapping for Efficiency

Objective

Equip sales organizations with a visual, quantitative mapping tool that drives better deal outcomes by focusing reps on high-impact actions, enabling consistent coaching, improving forecast accuracy, and enforcing reliable CRM data for opportunity progress tracking.

Challenge

Bring a sales approach into Salesforce without prior platform expertise, choosing a viable integration model, and design a mapping experience simple enough for consistent use. The team also faced data-scale limits and the need to support a highly interactive, nonstandard map format.

Solution

We built a fully native Salesforce application using Lightning Web Components to deliver a fast, intuitive interface aligned with platform standards. Managed Packages enabled controlled beta distribution, while integrated tutorials and feedback tools accelerated user onboarding. The final release is prepared for deployment through Salesforce AppExchange.

Results

Delivered a fully native Salesforce app from concept to paid launch, guiding the product through the entire beta cycle. Continued supporting new customer onboarding and feature improvements, driving steady product adoption and user satisfaction.
