“I'm feel very grateful that I get to witness Speed & Function evolving and developing and that we get to work together. Over the past quarter and over the past year, I’ve just consistently, every week, just felt so cared for and felt like everyone on the S&F team really maintained a curiosity for sort of the complexity and messiness of the tech platform. They also helped me, over time, become a little less apologetic because it is very nerve wracking upfront to be like, oh, my God, you know, finally introducing the code to a whole bunch of other people. What are they going to think about all the work I’ve done and just the compassion and the patience to kind of work through this pretty important component of our business. I think it has been invaluable. The S&F team just also being very process oriented, tracking everything in Jira, me learning about agile and working with the way that you’re doing that. I definitely feel like we label the initiative for Stegan this year as level up the tech platform. And I would say it’s a no small part thanks to the leadership and experience of the team that I’ve gotten to work with. So that’s my very non technical, but coming from the heart, reflection on my experience with S&F this year.”
