Objective

Rebuild and optimize Stagen’s LMS to enhance program delivery, reduce admin overhead, and support organizational leadership programs.

Challenge

The legacy admin interface had grown overly complex and unintuitive after years of ad-hoc development, slowing down program setup and forcing administrators to rely on manual workarounds.

Solution

Rebuilt key modules with Laravel and Inertia.js, redesigned the admin interface, optimized database and caching to simplify workflows.

Results

Increased platform performance by 70% and supported 40% growth in two years. Eliminated critical system risks, reduced class setup time from hours to about an hour, and built a stronger, more collaborative delivery process.
